Return & Refund Policy – The Astonish (Pune)
1. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Customized or personalized gifts
- Perishable items (cakes, flowers, chocolates)
2. Damaged or Incorrect Products
- Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photo/video proof
- After verification, we may offer:
- Replacement
- Store credit
- Refund (if applicable)
3. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
- Same-day delivery orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed
4. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
5. Non-Eligible Cases
Refunds/replacements will not be provided for:
- Minor design/color variations
- Delay caused by courier services
- Incorrect address provided by customer
