Our standard minimum is 10 pieces per product. Higher-value items such as smart watches, premium hampers and leather goods can be ordered in smaller quantities, including single units. We are also happy to supply one or two samples before you commit to a bulk order.
Once your artwork is approved, we dispatch in 2–3 working days. Delivery time on top of that depends on the courier service and destination — faster courier options are available at additional cost. We do not extend lead times during festival periods.
In-house we handle UV and digital printing, laser engraving, debossing and embossing, custom gift boxes and packaging, and custom greeting cards and inserts. Screen printing, pad printing and embroidery are produced through our trusted production partners. Tell us the product and we will recommend the branding that suits it best.
Send us whatever you have — any image file, PDF, PSD or AI. We will share a digital mock-up for your approval before anything goes into production. If your logo is low resolution or needs cleaning up, we will redraw it for you free of charge.
Yes. We can deliver in bulk to a single office address, or ship individually to each recipient — useful for remote teams and work-from-home kits. We do not charge extra for splitting a delivery across multiple addresses.
We deliver across India. Same-day and next-day delivery is available in Pune, Mumbai and Bengaluru; elsewhere the timeline depends on the courier and destination. We do not ship outside India at present. Tracking details are shared by SMS or email once your order is dispatched.
We ask for a 20% advance to begin production, with the balance due before dispatch. We accept purchase orders from companies, and payment by bank transfer, UPI or cheque. We do not accept card payments, and we do not offer credit terms at this stage.
All prices are quoted in INR. Because every order differs by product, quantity, branding method and finish, we price each enquiry individually rather than publishing fixed rates. Any applicable taxes are shown clearly on your quotation and final invoice.
Personalised and customised products cannot be returned, and cannot be cancelled or modified once you have approved the design and production has started. Orders can be cancelled before dispatch; same-day delivery orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
Report it within 24 hours of delivery with clear photo or video proof. After verification we will offer a replacement, store credit or refund as applicable. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
